Each WhatsApp message your business sends counts as one message — whether it's an order notification, a bulk campaign message, a chatbot reply, or a drip sequence step. Messages customers send to you are free and do not count toward your limit. Note that Meta also charges per-conversation fees separately from your WapBizSuite subscription.

Yes. WapBizSuite is the platform fee — Meta charges separate per-conversation fees directly through your WhatsApp Business API account. These vary by country and message type (marketing, utility, service). Service conversations (when a customer messages you first) are currently free. We never mark up Meta's rates.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your billing settings at any time — no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the new plan takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change applies at the start of your next billing period.

Outbound messages are paused until your next billing cycle resets your count. You'll receive a warning notification at 80% and 100% usage so you can upgrade before hitting the limit. Inbound messages from customers are never blocked regardless of your usage.
